When you access the Car Parking system via the internet, the service is secure. Before you can gain access to your account, you will have to register your own username (your email address) and password. This ensures that no one else can access your account.

Data Protection
The information you enter onto this form will be used for the purpose of supplying you with a car parking permit and if required, scratch cards. This information will only be used for the management and enforcement of the Car Parking system.

Car Parking Attendants will only have access to your current permit details, vehicle registration numbers, work contact information and any past Car Parking violations. This information is registered and protected by the Data Protection Act 1998.

Encryption
This is a process that changes the letters and numbers of your information and all data into an unrecognisable format while it is being transmitted. You do not see this process but it is there to protect your information. By using this industry standard technology, the information you send using this service cannot be read in the unlikely event that it is intercepted by someone else.

Credit Cards
Credit card payments are protected by WorldPay who securely manage all credit card transactions. Credit card details are not stored on this system and must be entered manually
