I agree to comply with the rules governing the use of Trust Car Parks and to be responsible for penalties incurred for vehicles registered against my name.

1. I understand that I must abide by the Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Car Parking Policies for Parking on site.

2. I understand that the Permit is for my personal use only and it must not be given to or used by anyone else.

3. I will return the permit to the Travel Plan Administrator when I cancel this agreement with the Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust or when my employment with the Trust ceases.

4. I will notify the Travel Plan Administrator promptly of any changes in my personal circumstances relating to requirements for access or details of my vehicle(s)

5. Infringement of these Terms and Conditions will result in the withdrawal of parking rights to any hospital within the Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and may lead to my vehicle being wheel clamped and a charge payable for the release or a Fixed Pentalty Notice being applied to the vehicle.

6. The above will apply to all unauthorised parking e.g.
VEHICLES THAT ARE NOT PARKED WITHIN THE LINES OF AN AUTHORISED BAY

7. I will report theft or loss of permit immediately to the Travel Plan Administrator. Replacement of lost permit will incur a £5.00 charge.

8. Parking Permits and scratchcards purchased at any one of the Trust's Hospitals will be valid on all Trust Sites.

9. Parking Permits and Parking scratchcards must be clearly displayed in the front windscreen of the vehicle

10. The possession of a permit does not guarantee a parking space.

11. I understand that Scratchcards are non-transferable and cannot be purchased on behalf of any other person
